Detailed Description
- Analysis of the current situation for each service: infrastructure, offers, uses, technologies, suppliers, etc.
- Drafting recommendations to improve and/or secure access to services.
- Drafting feasibility studies to propose the best techno-economic solution to be validated by stakeholders via milestone passages.
- Writing and/or validation of specifications and guidelines (functional, technical).
- Defining a medium roadmap and long-term access path to services.
- Coordination of work between the various stakeholders: architects, COP, suppliers, operators, etc.
- Development coordination, revenue phases and production implementation.
- Risk control and compliance with contractual commitments (functional coverage, cost, quality, deadlines).
- Monitoring progress (planning & budget) and reporting to stakeholders and management.
